That's because they were as fed up as the negative "faction" of fans. They knew there was no reason to speak up and things would need to run their natural course.

Listen, I know recruits and parents of recruits read message boards. It is part of today's current recruiting climate. But for [Redacted] to really pin this on the boards is laughable. If the boards were the reason he changed his mind, then we need to look at the root of the problem.

This board is here for us (wake fans or any fans for that matter) to vent. This message board has gotten to the point of discontent as a result of the current situation surrounding wake and not the other way around. If [Redacted] came in here and did absolutely anything positive, people never would be as critical as they were. He could have come in here and done a decent job coaching or recruiting but he never did and it is not because of the message boards.

Kentucky fans were all up in arms with Cal earlier this year when they were struggling but I am sure it is a much better climate over there because they are winning. They didn't lose recruits or will lose recruits because of the negativity that transpires on a message board. They are getting them because Cal knows how to coach and recruit.

This morons inability to do any self reflection is just sickening. Did he ever, for one minute, look at himself in the mirror and say what can I do differently? What if we start winning games and landing recruits, will the negativity die down? We didn't ride him out of town after a season or 2, he had 4 fucking years of flat out sucking ass. All he ever wants to do is point the finger the other way. News flash, you don't have a lifetime losing record on this level because of negativity. You have it because you suck and any negativity that comes your way is a direct result of your inept abilities as a coach. FUCK YOU
