I hope Capel isn't an option EVER at wake. He's TERRIBLE. He is almost as bad as [Redacted]. We should leave the ACC if we hire him.

He'll I'd give Chill or Muggsy the job over Capel in a heartbeat.

This!!!! Been saying similar for days now. If we f up this hire there may NEVER be a recovery. It isn't about the donks on this board, we obviously are the die hards. Hell this isn't even really about on court performance. Yes he needs to have some success on the court, but we need to FIRST win the perception battle that WFU cares about basketball and is willing to bring in big name hires. That the money is good and we aim to compete instead of be the perennial academic doormat. We don't win that and the casual fans, the coachs (as we're seeing from these reports) and the media are all going to continue to ignore and laugh at WFU basketball.

PERIOD.
 
I'll say again that if Wellman's "home run" hires were Shaka and Jay Wright, and he allowed the "home run" talk to commence, he is an idiot.

I'm 6'5", and I am sorry to report that penis length does not vary in direct proportion to height. At one time I thought that was common knowledge, but several girls I knew back in the day thought that length would vary in accordance with height. So, the choice was to let them know ahead of time or just find out by being disappointed when the moment arrived. I tended to choose the latter.

I doubt Shaka is still in the mix, but can we really read anything into Maya Smart's twitter feed?

I looked through the past week of her feed and searched the thread, and all I saw were a few innocent quotes and RTs. Is there anything more to this idea?

Poor RW leaks the Shaka name and offer to try to let folks know he's trying, then he doesn't get him and now he's stuck with a fanbase with artificially high expectations. Poor Ronald just can't win.
