Benghazi Report- a clusterfuck

I had no idea what you were talking about. Google solved the mystery, but that is pretty bold making a Mean Girls reference. Benghazi could be pretty useful if a moderate Republican who needs to figure out a way to get the far right on his side uses Benghazi as that tool. But I agree...I doubt anything substantial comes of it. It started as a political ploy by Obama (covering his tail and making stuff up) and it will end as a political ploy by the Republicans. It should be used as a hammer again Hillary when she runs mainly because of the incompetency of the situation. She was the boss, and we weren't properly prepared. Regardless of the narrative, the deaths are a pretty large black mark on her time as secretary of state.

Mean Girls is a guilty pleasure I'll admit. Tina Fey, Amy Pouller, Rachel McAdams, Lohan (pre-madness), Linda Lovelace, What's her name, The Ladies Man...
 
Amanda Seyfried is so underrated. She's one of the hottest in the game and nobody talks about her.

It baffles me that anyone would be willing to sign up for that load of bull in the first place. Again....it might even be WORSE if they were so unforgivably unprepared that a peaceful protest that got out of control ran them over.

But nobody ever, actually believed that.
 
This is about as good a summary of the entire situation as I have read.

It also reminds me of how Romney's bumbling stumbling idiotic handling of the question in debate 2 kept this thing alive.

This is total bullshit. There are tens of thousands of pages of direct evidence from the people who were directly involved in the situation that show your premise to be 1000% false.

You are just like all the other RW yahoos who think if you keep screaming lies they will turn into being the truth. You've done it on fast and furious. You've done it on Bengahazi. You've done it on the non-IRS scandal. None of them are true, but it doesn't stop you.

I somewhat agree with this. The timing of the Republicans attacks have been all wrong from the beginning. The first real mistake with Mitt's whiff on the Candi/Obama team debate. But now they should be holding off a little bit until 2015 starts to come around .... RE: Mean Girls - that is a pretty stacked lineup. Must admit I have never watched it, but I can see the attraction....literally.

Yep, but it appears that one of the main Benghazi instigators believed that, which is what is relevant.

If you actually think that, then you should believe it. I tend to view an eighteen hour heavy armor mortar fight as rather persuasive evidence of premeditation, but again, paint by whichever number you'd like. If it really was* the video, than they more a) honest and b) inept than I thought.

* You can choose to either take a detained terrorist at his word or instead rely on empirical evidence. Our country is actually that free.
 
I just saw Mean Girls for the first time a few months ago. It's quite good.

The attack could be premeditated and be spurred by that video. The significance of the attack and its cause are completely uncorrelated.

But try as you might, you can't change the fact that the one suspect we have caught so far indicated that the video was major motivation for the attack.

Interesting. Two mean girl posreps in one Benghazi thread. Where is the Obama connection here. Going to have to do some investigating and see what the admin is hiding. A clear diversionary tactic by PH and ONW.

Tin foul hat time. The admin pushed the video narrative. The admin caught the suspect. The admin released the corroborating 'evidence' of the video being a factor. If they are going to lie the first time why not the second time. The second lie is always easier than the first. If I were hem that is exactly what I would do. Catch a suspect. Tell him to testify about the video. Let the suspect go/reduce the charges because he played ball.

The peaceful protest incited by a video narrative is silly. They laid siege to the embassy with heavy artillery. It's even sillier that there are educated people on this board still trying to defend that narrative.
