The write up below is a bit more in depth. The problem is chlorinated ethylenes...PCE, TCE and 1,1-DCE. It's hard to tell what they consider "acceptable" as far as air quality is concerned. The standards for these are all over the place. Doesn't sound like a good idea to put kids on top of chemical waste though. Whose idea was it to build a new school there?

If you look at the map of the plume, Lowrance would actually go on the more concentrated part.
