Even after looking at his record? Yeesh. He's up there with Rubio, IMO, though with that aw shucks vibe that scores points with white people.
 
Not sure why people wouldn't go for someone who thinks regime change in North Korea is a good idea.

To be fair, that sentiment was based solely on his stances in the debate last night, which I'm sure was also buoyed by the fact that he was the only sane person on stage last night. I liked what he had to say, other than the insanity of regime change in North Korea. Obviously I would examine his policies a little deeper before the general election.

This. I don't know how anyone could watch these debates and not think Kasich was the best option. But hey I'm also not a republican so they can pick whoever they want
 
I'm really surprised the rhetoric that the left is just terrified of Trump hasn't started yet. That would help the Trump campaign even more.
 
Are people actually afraid of a North Korea situation? If they even start to launch anything resembling any weapon that can actually reach American territory we would shoot that down and bomb the shit out of them before they could even say "help us China"

Trump wants to keep the field as large as possible for as long as possible, but the above stretch was a disaster for the GOP brand. Trump gets the nomination, but Kasich is the only one who emerges unscathed. Unfortunately Kasich doesn't have much of a political future other than perhaps Trump's VP.

Cruz has already destroyed his future in elective politics. Rubio has the brightest future, but he's burned the Trump VP bridge. Rubio now has to hope Cruz wins TX because Rubio's political future becomes more precarious if Trump focuses only on him post ST, destroys him personally, and beats him in Florida. Would hurt Rubio both for Governor in 2018 or POTUS in 2020.
