Pit Fashion Thread

I decided i'm going to slowly work my way to two or three looks and repeat them

same. time to pare down the closet/dresser. i pretty much already wear the same 10 things on repeat, i just need to get rid of everything else.

basically do the same. khakis or jeans. plain tshirt or flannel/chambray button down. jean jacket, plain hoodie, or leather jacket at night.

I wear nothing but gym shorts and tee shirts from April-September, and from Oct-March I'm sporting jeans, Khakis, with some kind of button up or flannel shirt. Keeps things simple.

As far as where to buy jeans, you probably don't want my advice, Townie. I usually get my jeans/boots/flannels from Sears or Stein Mart.

Got some Unbranded. Just not ready to drop $300 yet and they have the deacfan2009 seal of approval

I've been happy with mine but I've been happier with my pair of Gustin's. Brave Star Selvage also makes some quality jeans without breaking the bank.

I've never heard of any of these brands y'all are throwing out. For what it's worth (probs not much) I love Lucky. They fit me really well.

Citizens and Lucky work for me..I love the ones with just a little stretch to them

i have a pair of Gustins. Need more break in this winter. I really like that all their stuff is American made, and a lot of their denim is sourced in America too (specifically, Cone Mills in GSO).

Gustin had an incredibly sweet leather jacket a few months back called the L1. Really, really wanted to pull the trigger on it. If they bring it back this winter I think I'll have to.

What's wrong with Levi's? And I mean that seriously.

I really like Levis. I've liked every pair I've ever owned. They fade a bit quickly, but otherwise I really dig their stuff. There are just nicer jeans out there to be had.

Any other American-made denim recommendations? After watching "The True Cost" we're trying to be more careful in where our clothes are sourced/made.

raleigh denim makes nice jeans. i pretty much stick to japanese denim but liked them.

Those actually look decent, though pricey. They all say thin/tapered, and the pics are all of dudes in sneakers. Will they fit over boots or are they purely hipster IT keyboard jockey wear?

They've got it in stock right now, no wait time for shipping.

Anyone have experience with the Kodiak Dover Chelsea boot?
