Mafia Chaos was railroading Mafia Gouda, realized he could get off of that claim after the Blue shit, and keep them both alive while killing a special?

Hakeem though...Chaos is civ and made the whole thing up to try to pin Gouda, but Gouda is civ. Therefore we need to move off, but at this point the only other option is Blue, who did soft claim. Therefore I think we still need to kill Gouda to keep Blue alive and hope he survives the night.
