I only use ginger in Chinese food, so I just use ground ginger. What do you all use it in?

mostly Asian stuff. I did some quick grilled chicken thighs last weekend with some soy sauce and ginger

I make nachos! And not even shitty "here's some cheese on tortilla chips in the microwave on high for 45 seconds; this was the perfect setting to ensure that some of the cheese is overcooked and burnt and attached to the plate, while most of the middle portions of cheese are still unmelted" nachos. Nachos with like meat and stuff on them, in the broiler! LIKE A RESTAURANT WOULD MAKE.
