I know and to be honest im still so new to it im not that good. I've gotten the cook time, temperature and how to make them tender and fall off the bone, its the rub and flavoring i have to work on.

Have you ever tried it? I haven't but I've heard it works well.
 
I like how in mafia games when manning makes blatant logical inconsistencies in the span of 5 minutes, we're supposed to ignore them because his apologists say "that's just how he plays" (sidenote: when "like an actual moron" is "just how [someone] plays", maybe they should be voted anyway?)

and now we're seeing how he makes the same blatant logical inconsistencies in the most mundane of conversations

friendly note -- they aren't too hard. a bit of trial and error.

remember... salt cancels sugar and vice versa (if too salty or sweet)

and acid cancels spice and vice versa
 
I have a pulled pork recipe that I swear by, but haven't tried too much with rubs yet. Made a wing rub for my 4th of July party a couple years back that came out good, if a bit too spicy for some of the crowd
