Saw this on reddit. Not 100% on the rankings but the stats are legit. Dude balls out when the calendar hits December.

Can me make a :santacam: emoji?

Word is that Mark Richardson and his sister will likely become the majority owners of the Panthers. They still own a decent chunk of the team and Mark has been very successful in the restaurant business like his dad. Those two will buy the team along with most of the current minority owners and add in a few more. I know Mark a little bit and morso have mutual friends and this is the info I got last night.

Interesting. I'd say that's the best scenario for continuity

You people realize that the new owner will have to be approved by the current NFL owners right ?

Stop fretting about Diddy buying the team.

Also, Richardson only owns 47% to 48% of the team. The rest of the team is owned by people who make Richardson look like a rock star on a three-day bender. I haven't seen definitive reporting anywhere that says 100% of the team will be sold or that a Richardson decision to sell necessarily triggers a sale of the whole team.

Just sent Joe Person an email asking if 100% of the team is to be sold.

So the worst case scenario is still on the table right? If we lose next week and Atlanta beats the Saints, losing to the Falcons in Week 17 would knock us out

Based on what I know from 90's rap history, umm...no, Puff Daddy is not an L.A. guy.

His kid "played" football at UCLA, and when he wasn't getting playing time Diddy hit a coach in the neck with a kettle bell.

Does that make you an LA guy?

Yes, I believe due to the Panthers poor conference record (would be 6-6 if they lose to the Bucs and Falcons), they are going to lose any conceivable tiebreaker other than a 2-team tie with the Lions, due to that head-to-head win. The winner of the Cowboys/Seahawks game faces a relatively easy Week 17 game (Eagles playing for nothing, more than likely, or Cardinals at home).

If we lose to the Bucs, we are out unless we beat the Falcons or the Cardinals beat the Seahawks.

2017 Carolina Panthers Thread: 10-4

Plenty of scenarios for us to still be even losing out. I mean obviously not optimal so let’s just win this week. Seattle and Dallas aren’t exactly world beaters although Zeke vastly improves the cowboys.

Kaep has donated a substantial amount of money and time to civil rights causes. You can disagree with some of his actions in the past (pig socks come to mind) but he also walks the walk. Calling him a piece of shit is a completely uncalled for low blow.

Yet the left leaning members of ogboards.com have full immunity when referring to others who don't fall in line or kowtow to their political opinions as "a piece of shit".

Glad we got that straight.

Got confirmation from Joe Person that 100% of the team is up for sale, not just Jerry's share, based upon operating agreement.
