Breaking: Andrew McCabe fired—HE GONE

The corrupt are unable to see corruption.

This admistration has been attacked relentlessly and still the President has performed.

The Deep State Will be rooted out.

Barack Obama will go down as the most corrupt President in U.S. history and it will not be close

Meanwhile back on planet Earth.......

It no longer amazes me that Democrats cannot see the massive and brazen corruption committed by their own party. First, and to a lesser extent, Bernie Sanders was cheated. The Mainstream press has proven to be corrupt and the Mockingbird is alive and more prevalent than ever. The sheep never question the arrival of “counter narratives” and pre-produced deflections which “magically occur” at times like these — the Sunday narrative should be the Ethics Scandal at the FBI but instead we have a press that is co-opted and fed their bylines. It makes it all the easier when you have a population of drivel eaters who not only are incapable of asking hard questions but are completely anesthetized to the need.

pretty much

It's because you two dingbats operate in a sphere that is completely divorced from reality.

I hope it’s trolling.

I wish you had some sense of just how hoodwinked you have become.

I’m certain you are good decent fellow. I am sorry for your blindness. It’s a helluva thing to watch and it is maddening to see good people disabused of their senses. But it has all been predicted and the blindness is Orwellian. Make no mistake, George was writing specifically to a future filled with those like yourself who confidently believe the opinions of the masses. Those whose confidence is not derived from facts or truth but rather is bolstered by the cacophony of the crowd.

So the “truth” is too elusive for the masses to grasp or be trusted to embrace?

We need a good king or dictator? Somebody to just dictate what is true or real?

Trump’s dream.

Putin/Russia looking better all the time?

I don’t understand how people thought President Obama divided the country. He brought together a Walmart Carolina fan and an NC State attendee who, despite their obvious ideological differences, were able to unite under the flag of conspiratorial idiocy, racism, and anti-semitism.

Trump owes Orwell for '1984.' Big Brother is his role model.

Quote
—————
...Orwell nailed Trump. Big Brother got away with it because citizens accepted alternative facts and allowed themselves to be manipulated by false or selective information. We must not make the same mistake. Truth still matters, even if our government behaves like it is disposable.

It’s amazing to me that anyone can look at the current administration, compare it to any prior one, and rail on about past corruption or DOJ meddling.

It’s something of a truth barometer for me. Sort of like when the liar in chief rattles on about “fake news” (generally just facts he doesn’t like), I consider the source of his ire to be most likely ennobled and its trustworthiness enhanced by his chastisement. Thus have I subscribed to the NYT since Trump took office.

Of course we should all desire a trustworthy, (mostly) open government. I’ve no interest to defend corruption regardless of party. But, again, it amazes me to read seemingly intelligent folks seemingly confident that Trump is going to lead us into some less corrupt time.

I have to speculate that it’s just Clinton/Obama and/or “liberal” derangement syndrome.

I suspect I’ll just be branded an idiot or worse and accused of suffering from TDS. So be it. Sad state of affairs.

Nah it’s a troll and it’s fun.

In addition, according to a helpful twitter exchange, the particular nature of McCabe's pension benefits condition age-50 retirement eligibility on primary law enforcement employment, not just general federal government employment, at age 50; what's more, being terminated "for cause" wholly eliminates eligibility for special age-50 retirement, according to 5 U.S.C. § 8412.

Trump has a dangerous pattern. Float firing someone on Twitter. Republicans either approve or don’t disapprove. Media hypes it and normalizes it. Then it happens and it’s barely news.

The President of the United States fired the Secretary of State and it barely registered. Can you imagine if Obama had fired Hillary or Kerry? Or if Bush had fired Powell or Rice? Hard to imagine and definitely hard to see how it wouldn’t be a major story for weeks.

We barely have time to process one WTF moment until the next one hits us.
