I only watched the first half but I wouldn't say Pep's tactics lost the game for City. Liverpool was playing like they wanted it way more - first to every ball, dispossessed City quickly every time, playing with much higher intensity, etc. Blame Pep for not getting his team up for the game, but I don't think Sterling for Jesus or Zinchenko for Laporte would've changed the outcome. More than anything, I think City's magic just peaked too early this year.
It seemed like plans A, B, C and D were all “give Sane the ball and let him destroy TAA”. It wasn’t working but they just kept trying it over and over.
“The bus incident had no effect on us,” Vincent Kompany said. “Not really. We have experienced that before.” Kevin De Bruyne agreed with his captain. “It was OK,” he said. “I don’t mind supporters doing that – I’ve had it a couple of times for my team and it’s a nice feeling. Breaking windows is probably not done but who am I to say something? I am fine with it as long as no one gets hurt. It doesn’t change anything [for the players]. As long as you keep the violence down, there’s nothing wrong with it.”

I'm sure Liverpool supporters would be nonplussed if this happened to their clubs bus.
You dont think think they'd be confused and not know how to react?RJKarl alert!!! DV7 doesn't know what the word "nonplussed" means!!!
I would have normally thought of a clever way to subtly point it out and tease DV7, but i want RJ to understand that he's simply one of the many victims of my pedantic rage.
