he met a lady, they fell in love, he proposed to her, and then they got married last year. I feel like this is how this normally works; not entirely sure what kind of deets you expect?

2.5 years isn't that quick (speaking for myself); maybe so because there are kids involved in our situation, but it's reasonable - especially because we have known each other for longer than that.

nah, I've got all this on lock. OTOH, MIL has been here for two weeks already, so I'm kinda... ready to have our house back? I'm tired of wearing pants all the time when I'm home. More people show up before they all leave, though, so not much to do about that.

actually, by the time wedding comes it'll be almost a month.

her husband passed away earlier this spring so it's part good for her and part good for us- she's a big part of the kids' childcare plan for this summer, and she's been great. I'm just tired of pants/being a lazy slob for a little while each day.
