Totally Unofficial 2018/19 Premier League Thread (NWT)

Also, was watching on DVR and now at the 60th min. Fellaini coming on so I decided to look up the final score despite being on radio silence all afternoon.

That's enough of this then.

And Lingard just didn't score from point blank range. Same as Lukaku in the 1st half.

But you don't take your chances, you don't deserve points. United were rampant in the 1st half and had nothing to show for it. Then Spurs were rampant for 7 minutes and scored twice.

And LOL at DM trying to double down on his Spurs call on Matchday 3 when the team he wrote off as challengers, Liverpool, are top of the table.
OH AND IT IS MATCHDAY THREE. NOTHING IS FUCKING KNOWN YET. Except that Mou will be sacked by December and Woodward should be too, but he makes commercial deals so the Glazers will keep him in control of football matters too.

The club are in shambles and this just exacerbates how fucking good Sir Alex Ferguson was as a manager. To continue to win like he did with these dicks and crooks around him was nothing short of remarkable.

Yes, clearly when your club spends almost 400 million GBP on players since Mou arrived the management are "crooks".

This post after that match once again proves how little Brasky understands of what he is watching when it comes to football. Luke Shaw was very good today and not nearly the reason the result was such shit.

I mean, seriously, what the fuck were you watching to make this post after that match?

I only watched the last 25 mins after school. Shaw may have been played well, but he’s still bang average at best. Very glad that we didn’t sign him or any other of your loser rejects. Really hoping that page of Everton history has passed.

Also Richarlison >>>> Zaha

Pochettino has spent a lot of money trying to find a Sadio Mane type wide speedy attacking player - N'Jie, N'Koudou were rolls of dice, and then there has been the long term chase after Martial or Zaha. Maybe Lucas Moura is finally the answer, and man is Spurs attack much more dangerous with someone who can play off Kane and Eriksen with that type of pace.

Herrera leaving his man wide open was classic though.

Almost finished "All or Nothing: Manchester City." I love Pep so much (sorry Brasky). Also love Arteta despite his forsaking us for Arsenal. Really impressed by a number of players whom I would not have expected to be good locker room guys.

I mean all the players were very likable. The ending with Kompany watching the game with his family was awesome.

Which players exactly?

Korea beat the powerhouse Vietnamese team 3-1 to make the finals of the Asian Games. They'll face Japan or UAE for a chance to escape military duty.

First time MUFC have conceded seven or more goals in the opening three league games for 49 years.

Just sack him now. This is pointless since the club didnt back him this summer, he turned on the players, and the supporters are turning on him.

New leadership is needed. What a stupid extension over the winter given they didnt back him in the market this summer. Just shambolic.

If Burnley somehow manages to beat Man U (and Burnley has been playing terrible), then I think Jose gets sacked.

deuce retired today. makes me feel old(ish)

Revs rockin that Reebok kit. The MLS has come a LONG way. And yeah he looks younger with the hair.

Liverpool dominated for 15 minutes then let Leicester have the ball for 30. Second goal off a corner at the end helps.

Which players exactly?

Just saw this, sorry.

Let me clarify: it's not that I thought anyone in particular would be a problem, but just that I was surprised by what they brought to the changing room.

Kyle Walker and Kevin DeBruyne come to mind.
