Official Champions League 2018/2019 - New & Improved: Arsenal AND Chelsea Free (NWT)

Well within the realm of possibility that the shoving stupidness could have escalated into something much more severe and violent. Am I wrong?

If those guys cannot be trusted to act with any sense during a peaceful night out in a town square would you really want them in a more intense situation?

Let's just follow this logic road a little further into eugenics.

You'd be singing a different tune if it wasn't Liverpool supporters acting like complete jackasses. Yet again.

You aren't even defending the club or its players here. Just herd mentality for some people you'd never wish to associate with in your personal life. Why?

Whoa, crazy. Thoughts to St. Iker.

I would say the exact same thing in this scenario about any fans from any club. It seems like every time a PL team plays in a CL match home or away there is somebody that gets jumped or piped or stabbed. There are riots in Rome or robberies in Paris or Sean Cox getting put into a coma in Liverpool. A couple of people getting shoved into a fountain just isn't going to get me worked up. They are obviously morons and way too old for the behavior. Name them and shame them and give them a six month ban or something. Give the guy who dropped the Mr Miyagi a longer/forever ban. I'm not defending them, just saying that a lifetime ban for most of the behavior we saw on those videos is absurd.

I'm just happy that the Shite didn't stab anyone. It's a victory if those scum bags travel to a continental city and don't kill somebody.

And they wonder why absolutely no other fan base in England wants them to win the league. The absolute worst.

Gotta say that the mess the Liverpool fans left in Charlotte after their ICC game was the worst I've ever seen from a soccer crowd. Bojangles' boxes everywhere.

My lineup prediction: Alisson; TAA-Matip-VVD-Robertson Fabinho-Gini-Hendo Mane-Firmino-Salah

Obviously wouldn't be shocked to see Milner-Hendo-Gini but I think Klopp wants Fabinho in there.

Feels like Keita has earned a spot, no?

Not sure Klopp wants him drifting forward, especially from space Messi would be happy to exploit. Not away from home, anyway. I think timdunk's has a good balance. Wijnaldum should offer a little more coverage/protection.

But I also wouldn't be shocked if he goes with his super away from home Champs League midfield that has been so successful this campaign. Maybe with Henderson playing like prime Vidal the last month and Wijnaldum the deepest it would work better this time.

Nope. Nope. Nope.

"A police source told ESPN FC they were surprised by the behaviour of a selection of the English club's following, explaining that they hadn't expected it because of the excellent way Manchester United fans conducted themselves two weeks ago."

Ter Stegen, Sergi Roberto, Piqué, Lenglet, Jordi Alba, Busquets, Rakitic, Vidal, Coutinho, Messi y Luis Suárez.

Vidal huh? Also wish Dembele started instead of Coutinho but maybe we can use his pace in the second half.

It will be interesting to see how that takes shape actually on the field.

i should coach liverpool instead of you lot
