It's funny, the things that Jesus openly hated (greed, inequality, ethnic discrimination) conservative Christians seems to have very little concern with remedying. However that one tiny thing that Jesus may have said, if you look at it in a particular context, means HOMOSEXUALITY MUST BE STOPPED.

Seems like these types of Christians (which there are a lot of them) are either massive idiots, or massive hypocrites. Or both. Hard to tell.

So you'll have to excuse me, if I don't respect the "religious freedom" ("cough, cough" God given right to discriminate against and harm others) that so many conservative Christians thing they are entitled to.

Yeah that post/rant, was more a response to Mebane, my family members, and all "devout" Christians that would much rather discriminate against homosexuals than provide the poor with improved economic opportunities. The transliteration of the Greek word is malakoi which means effeminate and is used of the passive member of a same sex relationship.

The 14:37 passage is Paul's testimony that he was self-consciously writing the commandments or the will of the Lord Christ. Which in retrospect means that 6:9 was in fact the word and will of Christ.
