We consistently underestimate the stupidity of a large part of the American populace. 1.) Ain't nothin gonna happen. 2.) Dipshits will continue to breed dipshits, and pass down their same dipshit ideaology, and these dipshits will continue to vote in the same dipshit way.

The optimism around all this is mindboggling to me.

The only optimism I have is young people growing up and entering the electorate and old people dying. The problem with that hope is that the longer this goes on the more normal it is to young people.
 
Young people have a much better bullshit detector than old people. Old people fall for scams everyday. I just hope and pray every teenager about to turn 18 is paying attention. Or more likely, every 25 year old who didn't have time to vote in 2016 will have matured a bit and be ready to change the system.
 
Hold Sondland in contempt, drag him to jail, and add another article of impeachment for obstruction.

You don't teach high school, bro. I had over half of my honors sophomores try to tell me that Hillary ran on the platform of murdering babies after they were born. If their parents are dumb and buy into the bullshit, they sell it pretty well to the kids. A lot of young people simply regurgitate the stupid shit their parents tell them.
