Catching up on today watching CNN. They're saying Trump's team threw Rudy under the bus. Seems like a risky bet. Rudy could turn on Trump and blow this whole thing to hell for them.

What a weird post by Angus. I'm watching cable tv news right now because I couldn't watch cable tv news all day, so I watch a lot of cable news. He's the dumbest poster on the boards.
 
I'm home on a paternity leave so I'm def gonna turn on one of the few impeachment trials in our nation's history, and certainly the first one I can truly understand what's going on. Much better than any other daytime TV.

Right? Who here says they don’t watch cable news? A bunch of it is crap, but yeah, we consume it. I even watch Fox!!

Odd you would have to block a witness when if you just read the perfect phone call’s transcript you’ll see how the president is totally exonerated.
 
Is it weird to anyone else that the WH is jumping through these hoops? The “yea he did it, so what?” defense is absolutely enough. Republican voters won’t turn on him, so Senators won’t. What’s the point of the song and dance?
 
Agreed. Seems unnecessary unless Bolton knows something that is the proverbial straw for the GOP Senators.

Problem with that is there is no straw for them.

I guess they just need to lose like 4 votes for him to go down. I just can’t conjure a scenario where republican voters turn on this mother fucker. They love this mother fucker too much.
