ALL PRAISE JOHN CURRIE FOR ACTING A YEAR TOO LATE

Then do the billboard. Otherwise. I'm going to begin to think you guys are all talk and no action. I doubt Currie reads these boards. But he'd have to read a well-placed billboard telling him how much we hate his sorry ass. Would really make the school look good, too.

Where is it going to be? When will it be up?

Oh I've already emailed Currie directly how much I hate his sorry ass. If he would answer the phone or meet me in person I'd be happy to tell him again. I have no problem making someone aware when they are incompetent while in a position that requires competence. But continue your primary concern about how the school looks to irrelevant third parties, that is the essence of the pussy Wake alumni that have us in this situation.

And you wonder why he has such a high turnover rate of employees.

PM me the emails you've sent to Currie explaining how much you "...hate his sorry ass." I may be able to you. It may just be your messaging.

Actually, the more I think about it, post the content of your emails to Currie for everyone on the board to see. All of us want Manning gone and we may be able to help. I'm sure your emails to Currie are rational, tempered, and on point. As Wake fans who want Manning gone, we'd all love to see them.

Did you sign said email 2&2 Slider?

As has been previously posted, we have access to an entire law school. Just reneg on the Manning contract and let the lawyers figure it out.

We've got a plan.
What good does the law school do? It’s full of students who aren’t yet practicing law and professors who have never seen the inside of a courtroom. We just need one smart lawyer to litigate against Manning.

My post you quoted was a sarcastic reference to a moronic 2&2 post about Wake having a law school and it's ability to help the school address Manning's contract.

We’re still waiting. Share with us the scathing email you sent to Currie telling him how incompetent he his. You’ve even had enough time at this point to make some shit up. Come on.

Survey results from 110 AD's about the future due to COVID 19. It isn't pretty
https://www.cbssports.com/college-f...f-coronavirus-pandemic-apparent-in-ad-survey/

86% expect to have to make 'financial sacrifices' and over 1/3 of AD's forecast at least a 30% drop in revenue

About two-thirds of respondents said the most likely outcome of the crisis for their departments is a decrease in enrollment at their schools. Slightly more than half believe there will be decreased fan interest.

More than two-thirds of ADs (67 percent) agree or strongly agree they must find a way to limit coaches' salaries.

More than half of the ADs (56 percent) say they agree a way must be found to limit buyouts.

Less than half of the Power Five athletic departments (41 percent) have sufficient financial reserves to ride out the crisis. Only 26% of Group of Five departments have enough reserves.

Over the next three months, 89 percent of ADs are most concerned about academic progress of their athletes, who are studying remotely with the shuttering of schools due to the virus.

After financial concerns, the greatest fear of ADs (39 percent) in six months is "morale and culture."

Summing up the current climate, one AD wrote, "Due to the crisis and nature of what is going on nationally, I think that this is horrible time to be implementing name, image and likeness and one-time immediate transfers. The financial landscape is going to look so much different going forward."

The day of reckoning for higher education is coming very soon. This crisis has reminded people that the core mission of higher education is face-to-face instruction in a supportive campus environment. It's not just a steady source of revenue and reputation that bolsters all the side ventures at the university like semi-professional sports.

I hear you, Ph, but I don’t know. College sports may come back stronger now that people have had it taken away from them. The people with the money have already graduated and are mostly more interested in how the football team is doing rather than the face-to-face instruction in the classroom.
We also take perverse pride in prioritizing unimportant and shallow things after tragedies to prove we overcame it.

But that’s what I’m saying. People realize that you can’t have Spring football practice when all the students are back home working online. The “most important” thing on campus with the highest paid employees still takes a backseat to the fundamentals.

Where is today’s “Fuck you, John Currie” message from 2&2? Come on, dude. Your daily inspirationals are so important to the overall effort.

Also, I’m sending you my personal email address via PM. Please forward me the message(s) you’ve sent to Currie. I may want to re-forward them including my own thoughts.

He can paste them here on the boards. You don’t need to out yourself to him.

I know a lot of angry Wake fans but none as irrational that fella. Maybe there’s more to it...You never know what battles people could be fighting.
