I think he's referring to racial tensions down in Robeson County. A group of Lumbee Indians harassed the Pembroke BLM chapter last weekend. A friend of mine from there has a Lumbee-Black biracial daughter at UNC-Pembroke and posted about the harassment she was getting.

New name will be two syllables and compatible with the burgundy and gold color scheme.
