He's always been nuts, but over the past few weeks he's become unhinged. It's like he knows he's in danger - real danger - of losing the election and is cracking under the strain. There's no telling what he may blurt or tweet over the next three weeks until the election.

He's always been crazy and erratic and an egomaniac and more, but I do think there's an element of desperation and even fear that wasn't there a year ago. And no way should those who supported him be left off the hook - of course they should own it, all of it.
