Unpopular opinions

Alright fine. Point still stands, “small batch” is a dumb term

i'm trying to process this post. Yuengling is indeed pretty gross; it's quaffable at near freezing temps. IC is like toilet water, dude. And as far as I can tell the only people who drink natty bo are nerds from baltimore.

I know, but I still think it's better than Yuengling. And yeah, you probs don't see Natty Bo much outside the mid-Atlantic, but it's all over the place around here. No one thinks it's good, but it too is still better than Yuengling.

Yuengling is better than 95% of the tainted piss sold as craft beer. Suckers just have to convince themselves that the craft tastes better because they paid 3x for it and got duped into believing "small batch" somehow means better.

This is so on brand for you, bro. I understand why you're so angry now.

Cata, I expected better from you.

Dude I like yuengling, I agree tho it does go skunky but thats because the beer gets exposed to sunlight in the green bottles.

We gonna get a col anus sighting on this thread about nov 7 2020 being a bad day for 'Merica?

Both the NFL and college football need to get rid of instant replay. All the reviews make the game unwatchable and it has resulted in the teams playing the rules as much as they play each other. Who gives a shit if the ball moved a little in super slow motion? Go back to having the ref make the call like you would in the backyard and move on.

Definitely not an unpopular opinion

basically every sport should dump it

I think it could be administered a lot better

definitely glad it's there for some egregiously bad calls

but the amount of time they take to review obvious stuff is dumb

video review in the premier league is just about the worst implementation of it in all of sport imho

just keep the goal line technology and scrap the rest

when i read 2&2's post this was all i could think about. NFL is so fucking slow already but in professional soccer it's excruciating

It should only be for clear and obvious errors. If the review official can’t tell a call is wrong before the next snap, it stands. And no need for the ref to check the video footage.

the end of the Chargers-Raiders game is one where the official called TD on the field and it obviously hits the ground upon seeing the correct replay

I want plays like that to keep getting overturned

The batter has a strange flavor and the tenders are like 60% batter crust and 40% meat. Haven't had the sandwich in a long time I'll have to try it again I guess but not sure how it could be better than bojangles

Replay in tennis is great. Used sparingly, quick process, we all agree and move on.

Football replay should be challenge only. Each team gets 2 challenges per game, no more. Only review the plays that a team decides are important enough and obviously wrong enough to use a challenge on. Outside of those up-to-4 challenges, call on the field stands.

I saw a replay a few weeks ago of Virginia upsetting FSU in 1995(?) and immediately thought how terrible and anti-climactic that ending would've been with replay. How many other classic endings would've been ruined in the replay era? (not necessarily different result, just that all the air would've been sucked out of it). Bush Push (and the Leinart fumble right before it) in 2005, Iron Bowl Kick Six in 2013, Titans/Rams Super Bowl, both Giants/Pats Super Bowls would've stalled for long reviews, etc
