It's been almost 72 hours and nothing in the news about an outbreak in South Bend? I know they're forcing everyone to get tested before heading home for the holidays, but imagine the cases have to be starting about now...
 
Cancellation of 3 SEC games is a bit of a slap back to reality. I really hope the season can be played out.

I still cannot understand how he did not beat out a former walkon. He is clearly better than the 2 GA QB's that played last Saturday. Just dont understand what happened.
 
I guess he's just a quitter. I'm sure he'll do a great job of explaining to NFL GMs and coaches why it made sense to leave two teams for which he would have been the starting QB in 9 months.

The only thing that would make sense is that his injured shoulder was a lot worse than we have been told and it still isn't right, or wasn't right last spring.

Fucking shit. Contact tracing is shutting these programs down. Not cases.

The City of Berkeley's contact tracing program has basically shut down the Cal program to the extent that they're looking at moving out of town so they can play. Cal had a single asymptomatic defensive lineman test positive, which shut down that whole position group for 14 days and they're likely to have two of their 6 games cancelled. Meanwhile the Niners are playing on the other side of the bay.

Louisville played a game with 9 players out due to COVID.

Oh well. Maybe JT Daniels can get a bunch of first team reps.

Anyone remember VT being depleted with like 24 players out and 4 coaches for several games?
 
At this rate, WF/UNC may be the only CFB game played this weekend.
 
The first college basketball Covid rescheduling has occurred. Miami-Stetson Nov 25 matchup postponed as Stetson has some positive results.
