we probably do need to let Samuel go.......... but seems likely that he will land on a team that utilizes him properly and we look stupid

Our WRs are average with Samuel on the team. I don't think we'll be any worse off without him, but we will need to find someone with some actual talent via draft or FA, rather then some practice squad guy. Gonna be tough to attract a good FA WR with TeddyB or some rookie at QB though.

We don’t need to spend on a WR3 with a healthy CMC catching 100+ passes a year.

We actually have one of the top WR corps in the league believe it or not. Anderson and DJ are going to end up with over 1000 yards.

I am still baffled at that 4th down play. Blame falls on both Brady & Teddy. No sense in having somebody running a route 5 yards shorts, but Teddy has to know where the sticks are.

What? Thats a really confusing opinion, considering wideout is the deepest position on the team. Pharaoh Cooper would start for a handful of teams. Robbie Anderson and DJ Moore have led the league in tandem receiving yards for most of the season, and that’s with the best receiving back in the league sitting out hurt all year.

We're middle of the pack in receiving yards and a little higher in receptions. Why act like we've got some fun bunch air raid going on ?

And McCaffrey's just going to take touches from our WRs, so it's nice that we're going to get yet another short yardage receiver back at some point, but opposing DC's are not losing sleep wondering how they're going to cover DJ Moore downfield.

I assumed your problem is that we don’t have a clear cut #1 receiver, which I agree would be a problem if we didn’t have three #2 receivers AND McCaffrey
 
You take the good with the bad, everybody knew that Teddy B was a check down QB when we signed him, and that tendency is very apparent in his play.

Granted, we learned yesterday that you only throw the ball 2 yards on 4 and 8 on your final possession.
 
Y'all really aren't embracing this whole tanking thing. Bitch when Rivera goes out of his way to win meaningless games, bitch when Rhule makes sure we lose meaningless games.

This season has been picture perfect losing what? 8 games by 1 score? We were never in contention this season. That's perfect. Complete the tank then load up this offseason while shedding bad contracts.

Well, do you want the receiver who’s 5th in the league, 485 YAC, or do you want the receiver thats 2nd in the league with 18.5 avg yards per catch?

Dude, I’m not saying we’ve got all-pro receivers, I’m saying that receiver is literally the least of this teams problems.

True. I love the tank. But these guys on the field are doing their level best to win and we suck out loud. And that begins and ends with our starting QB who will almost certainly be back next year.

Do we still think Joe Brady is hot shit? Seems that his hype has faded as the seasons gone on.

We had 11 3 and outs all season going into yesterday. That's an amazing stat. Seems like we had 11 3 and outs in some games over the last few years.

All in all, the offense is solid. It will get definitely better with a healthy CMC. It could get better by drafting a top QB, TE, LT, and some OL help.
