DUNE Mafia -Game over, CIVS WIN

He probably didn't get a role claim, because he was a convert. That's my thought. KA has been completely money. We just lynched two of the last mafia based on his intel. No reason to go haywire here. Stay the course.

If Historicus comes back as not mafia then we may have problems.

I swear to God if I had a vig hit I'd use it on you out of spite. You and Knight have tried really hard to fuck this game up and it's a wonder you haven't succeeded. I was planning on staying hidden the whole game, just giving my information like I did earlier and then when I died you'd see my character description and know it was all true. Fortunately, we've killed enough mafia that it's most likely immaterial.
 
Damo is really bothering me btw. How in the hell would he know WFU was beast. Seemed like a bad slip up. Wasn't he also the one that made the "5 mafia per side" comment earlier?

Is there ANYONE in this game that was searching for the emperor aka Godfather of Mafia 2? That almost HAS to be someone's role.

Especially with Historicus' claim of searching for Piter.

Get over yourself. Just because my methods aren't the same as yours doesn't mean I'm a retard and automatically wrong.

Post 1- Due to the limited number of named characters in the books, the mafia teams have been given safe claims, including some major characters. For those familiar with the novels, most of the information is taken from the first book. There is a bit of a stretch into Dune Messiah and Children of Dune for some of the roles, though.
 
Now that that's done, I think gsterp was going to try to rep being Lady Jessica but wouldn't have guessed that Lady Jessica knew what she knew and had the power she did.

I mean I don't think there's another logical explanation, but then there's no logical explanation for claiming oneself to be an urban area either, but that happened.

Maybe they ran out? I mean, everyone has claimed something so far except for Doofus - so that would me mean at least one per team had already been used. Good point either way.

No, the fact that you've been wrong a lot and your list of suspects made me cringe enough to feel like I had to come out and make you waste protection on me is what makes you wrong.

If they were given one claim per player... Smiley never even showed. They could have used his claim for gs.

It just really bugged me that he threw out the same name as Kanhoji.

Translation - my role is real and not given to me by the mods, because I am a civ like you guys. Terrible post from a guy who has been posting as much as you in this game.

We had a Harry Potter game on the Terps bored where the mafia were screwed by civs counterclaiming when they tried to claim minor roles when pressed. Harry(lots of powers) and Hermione(cop) died the first 2 nights of that game and civs still won handily. Book themed mafia games don't really work without safe claims because all the civs can just name claim and mafia are screwed.
