Great article by DC. As much as people would like to refute that, it's the truth.

Seriously, I think it's the truth as well. For whatever reason, we had collected a group of talented, but selfish and immature players and hopefully all that dead wood is gone now. Be real interesting to see if Walker will add anything to the team when he comes back from his suspension, can't imagine he would if it hasn't happened by now.

More throwing kids under the bus from our classy coach. Fantastic representative of our university.

Keep passing that buck, Buzz. You dickbag.

They threw themselves under the bus. Give me a break.

They are gone and shouldn't be talked about anymore.

Buzz can't help himself and has to blame others for his own failures tho. Because he is a pathetic little man.

one thing i like about vision, frequently wrong but never in doubt......

In his address on Wake Forest media day, [Redacted] had more to say about three players no longer with the team — Ari Stewart, Melvin Tabb and J.T. Terrell — than the nine scholarship players who will open practice on Friday.

Says it all, really.

"But he didn't mention any of the three by name."

And then he was asked if he believed in the principle of addition by subtraction and answered in the affirmative, what was he supposed to say to that?

You forgot to include the sentence right after that one. Dan obviously meant for this article to read that way, but Bzz didn't come out and talk shit about those guys from the start or anything.

Did he mention his Air Force team reached #11 in the nation and they beat Wake Forest by about 100 points that year??? He likes to mention that a lot too.

He mentioned it a lot because he was asked about it by every singly person in the gym about 5 times. He has to answer the questions, and when it is honestly the truth, there is no point in side stepping it.

No. But he worked the Iraq trip in there... that's his typical wildcard play.

"All you have to do is read and see just one thing after another. You have no chance to win under those kind of conditions. Or if you do win, it's not by how much you should have won."

Oh, poor Buzz! He never had a chance.

Loser's mentality.

Hard to put much stock into this talk about removing the bad apples when Walker is still on the team.

Don't really see anything wrong with any of the quotes. It's as fluffy as these things normally are. I'll be interested to see if the coach and team respond to adversity better than they did last year.

I'm a Bzz fan, but I wouldn't be sleeping better yet if I were him. With the inexperience and the lack of a real low post player it is going to be a tough year for him as coach, not to mention the kids and us fans.

Pun intended? If so, well done.
