Totally Unofficial 2021 European Championship Thread (NWT)

Why the fuck did they put a kid in there to take the last PK. You could take one look in his eyes and know he never had a chance. The fuck?

Wait Sterling was still on? Why didn’t he take one over two players with zero playing time and a converted LB with no technical ability?

What the fuck were the England players doing on those penalties lol

Football's coming Rome!

You get the sense England would have been better served had they faced a bit tougher draw. Because they looked lost for large tracks of that game despite having a more athletic team. Hard to argue the better team didn't win.

Argentina ended their drought. Mexico draws. Just need a US win tonight to cap a great weekend.

Horrid stuff from southgate
Just negative football

Then two ice cold players take penalties and a kid that still believes in unicorn magic as your 5th taker. Good call!

What the hell was Southgate even thinking there ? Also, huge failure by Rashford and Sancho there before it even got to Saka.

Total shit from Rashford.

This shit is on Rashford. He's an experienced pro at this point and fucked the whole thing up.

First futbol medal ceremony ?

Nah. It’s just enjoyable to watch to watch an English team play at Wembley in front of their home crowd with the motivation to bring 50 years of disastrous football to be brought home and instead they’re forced to take a second place medal and remove it while the world watches. Quite entertaining actually.
