You should watch it. It’s super bingeable but still so bad. In an episode in season one, they take the ferry from the outer banks to chapel hill.

Also, it’s not even filmed on the Outer Banks. The hotel in Mt Pleasant my wife frequents for work is right near one of their main film locations. Some of the country club scenes are blatantly at Kiawah.

What are considered some of the best retirement/country club scenes in NC/SC/GA? I started researching these the other night, as I'd probably hate being around that many R leaning folks, but at the same time I'd totally be down with that gated golf community life w/ an active country club scene w/ Tennis & pickleball n shit.

One of my wake buddies had a vacation house at Ford plantation outside of Savannah we'd spend some spring breaks at that was p sweet.

Does your wife know Mako's mom?

We had dinner out at the Ocean Course a couple of weeks ago and one of my kids announced that it looked a lot like outer banks, then researched it to show us pics where you could see the Kiawah flag.

My parents spent about two years touring various golf communities in the Southeast. We tagged along for a few of those trips and it’s a life I could enjoy.

Man IDK, I was pretty disappointed with the topo’s. Maybe I just had to high of expectations

Its amazing that no matter the topic, there is a 99.9% chance I have the opposing viewpoint of catamount. Absolutely enjoy Topo Chico Hard seltzer in the pool and the normal seltzer all day long.

I just started pounding regular non-alcoholic Topo Chico and I cannot at all explain why I love it

isn't it fizzier than other seltzers?

I like it, but our store only has the big bottles so sometimes it goes flat before I can finish. we're big Spindrift fans in our house. I wish Ingles carried all the flavors Target does, because they have some great ones like pineapple and strawberry lemonade.

I don’t really much care for regular Topo Chico but the ones with lime are great. LaCroix Key Lime and Cran-Razzberry are my go-to seltzer flavors by far.

Agreed. If I have the regular topo, i will put some lime juice in it. something is off about it. grapefruit is good too.

I don't not like them, but they weren't significantly better than like a whiteclaw or something.

I dig the highnoons, but they are crazy expensive.
