It’s #5 in sales and the top 4 are not as recognizable (I’m not putting lion king soundtrack or ace of base as a Sheep answer)
 
I think it's just I could really relate to Illmatic as a (white) kid (in high school) from the (upper-middle class) streets of (upstate) New York.

It hit really close to home.

my first job out of college was at a tiny (probably bad, predatory) publisher in Hershey, PA

i started as a copy editor and then did acquisitions/collections stuff, and by the time i left, i was sharing an office with another colleague who was in production

she would listen to evanescence sans headphones really loud and drink 2 liters of mountain dew and just absolutely smash InDesign files, like 10 layout pages an hour

she was very nice, but even with noise canceling headphones on i could barely drown out that evanescence

I have two lie bumps on the back of my tongue and I think that this is what hell must be like. I wonder if I have thrush. And if I have thrush I probably have the bug.

I prefer the name Swaziland to Eswatini and will continue to call it Swaziland till the day I die.

I also like Cote d'Ivoire better than Ivory Coast.

That’s a big discussion in the country. While Eswatini is the name in SiSwati, many pro democracy leaders view eSwatini as the king’s name for the country, not the people’s name and continue to use Swaziland.
