are boycotts the least effective form of political action

like at least posting on social media might get some other people active about a particular issue

the temporary nature of boycotts seem almost baked into the action now

two weeks later most people are buying starbucks et al again
 
I’ve got a wedding the first Sunday of September. Just happy it’s not on that Saturday. Football season weddings should be illegal.
 
My kids tried to put some Welch's in the cart at the grocery store several years ago. I slapped the jar out of their tiny hands, causing it to smash on the linoleum. I turned to them and screamed, so everyone in the 50,000-square foot store could hear me:

I just did a workout that involved running outside for part of it and I don't feel well.

I wondered at this choice as well. Maybe he wanted to stay clear of "human exceptionalism?"
