Official US Soccer / World Cup '26 Thread (USA vs. Mexico 3/24 in Dallas)

how hard to get tix to US-Mexico in Azteca in March?

FMF hasn't released tickets to USSF yet, so currently impossible. If you have rank with USSF, like VIP or Premium Insider, it should be fairly easy. If you're buying with the general public or through a supporters group and didnt purchase one of their travel packages, it'll likely be very tough.

love CDMX and would have a place to stay

would be so much fun

Received your PM, I'll post the response in here.

Tickets for the Mexico match will drop in one of two formats, not sure which way USSF will go:

1) Presale for insiders at 10am and then public sale at 11am (times subject to change, but the hour head start for insiders is the important part)

or

2) Tiered lottery system. See example from El Salvador match below

Reyna starting

Aaronson goal

Who do you bench? Weah or Pulisic? Brenden is a lock XI

Reports out of Italy that it’s a foot fracture for McKennie

Whoever was sounding the warning bells for qualification last month, sound them louder now. Qualification is very much in question at this point.

Yeah not good. That said, we have enough talent to get at least six points. My concern is that that talent will not be utilized by a certain manager who is in way over his head.

Maybe, but that formula would require 3 points that we’ve never won before. Color me concerned.

ok chicken littles

McKennie is a great player but midfield isn't exactly where CONCACAF nations thrive. we have more than enough to qualify still

Uh huh why on Earth would anybody worry about this chicken littlezzz

Gianni says FIFA has suspended Kenya and Zimbabwe from all footballing activities with immediate effect because of government interference in football. Meanwhile, Russia has launched all out war on Ukraine and remains in World Cup qualification.

get fucked, FIFA

Have they tried giving Russia a World Cup to calm things down? Maybe that will work

Maybe FIFA can punish them and they can only compete as the Russian Football Committee. Because that works.
