The big question is where we are in the Switch life span. With the release of the OLED, there's no talk about a new console. But it's been 5-6 years between every other Nintendo console released in the US and the Switch came out in 2017.
No news at all on a new mainline Mario game is brutal. It’ll be five years since Odyssey this fall.
What comes first : Elder Scrolls 6 or Winds of Winter?
11 years since Skyrim. I think its very possible if not likely that we'll hit the 15 year mark before another ES game

I'm new to this thread. I mainly play COD with friends and occasionally buy a game and get really into it. I really love sci fi and survival horror games, so I'm into anything Resident Evil as soon as it comes out. I've also loved games like Prey, Destiny, and Mass Effect. I'm more pumped for Starfield than I have been for any game in a long time.
ETA: I'm playing Dying Light 2 right now and it's pretty great.
I would have bet money that a Odyssey sequel or mainline Mario title would have come out during the 35th anniversary last year.
This year is the Zelda 35th. There’s been no word about bringing old games to the Switch aside from Switch online additions. After Link’s Awakening, I thought they’d be doing more remasters.
It’s reasonable to assume the pandemic hurt them more than we know.
PC or console? Depending on the answer I might recommend Cyberpunk.
I'm on the Xbox One still. The Series X will be purchased before Starfield.
Just beat Elden ring. 180 hours total
