you should get a job at red ventures. Sage Mortgage is under that umbrella, and then you can find your way into The Points Guy and Lonely Planet blogging.
 
i'm sure they did, but i assume every mortgage company has. i know movement did
 
I think points guy should setup a travel agency service where they get access to your points and can show ya how to use them. I've wasted far too much of my time trying and failing to redeem points ideally for trips.

Part of the problem is I’m also trying to get back I to the gym routine waking up at 530, which isn’t conducive to most things I’d consider doing.

Woke up at 5:30 and drove down to Malibu/Zuma beach this morning. First of all the canyon drive from Thousand Oaks to the beach was beautiful. Then I gotta say rj is right, the water is indeed cold. But an awesome trip, caught some nice radical, now gonna go grab a couple Plinys and chill. California is sweet, sorry biff!

Yeah, that's what I did too....let it lapse for a few days/a week, and you'll end up paying 1/3 to 1/2 the cost with some deal, at worst.

Here’s a question for the CT gang when the wife is out of town. Do y’all clean up consistently throughout the week or just do a big clean at the end? Just did my whole house clean in advance of the wife coming home tonight.
