Right about what? Defense giving up 2 plays for 65 yards to blow the lead? Or giving up 9 yards a play against Syracuse to the degree that we were under 20% to win a game we were up by 4 touchdowns in? Or their inability to stop anybody with any scheme we tried the last 6 games? I mean this offense is a legitimately contender and the defense can barely stop a high school team.
 
We finished last among the NC schools this year.
 
Up 31-27, 3 mins left 3rd and 2. That’s a game you fucking HAVE to put away. This team just absolutely melts the fuck down in any important situation.

Nebraska hired Ruhle.

This season reminds me of Skinner’s senior year. Underachieved all around. Hope we can fill the QB spot and Lambert gets some personnel to compete next year.

Completely disagree given the circumstances. Had probably five yards of separation with his receiver and a 1st down to extend the drive. Didn’t need a 30 yard pass into coverage there, and I’m a huge Hartman fan.
 
Sam is a solid QB.

Miss John Wolford though.

Hard to say "just a bad throw" when Hartman underthrows Perry a few times a game. This is the second loss this season that effectively ended with an unnecessary 50/50 deep ball to Perry.

Did the same in OT against Clemson. Had an easy 1st down but threw into double coverage in the endzone on 4th down. .
 
I'm not sure what in the hell happened to this team but there needs to be a lot of soul searching and it needs to start with the head coach.

They were totally different after the bye and never looked remotely the same. I'm to the point if people want to run their mouth in the off-season that they want to leave, don't let the door hit them in the ass!!

No shit. Do you really think anyone is coming after Clawson after this abortion of a season ?
 
There have been plenty of bad throws out of Sam where he's trying to thread the needle but that wasn't the issue on those last two. Ball was on the hands of receivers on both the last two throws and neither was brought in. They weren't easy catches but the ball was there.
