wife is really earning her Mother's Day because I'm going to concerts tonight and tomorrow (and went on Wed).

I asked her what she wanted to do and she said she didn't want to have to make any decisions about the day...but it's like do you wanna do a bunch of stuff or hang around and relax? current plan is to cook brunch and then maybe go to a winery if the storms hold off.

All my principals have been men, but all of my aps have been women and have been the competent administrators that actually run the school.

What’s the most amount of oysters you can down in one sitting ?

Raw maybe 4-6. We’ve ordered a big thing of fresh oysters and grilled them for a few occasions over the last couple years and I can easily get to 10-12.

We have done bushels of steamed oysters as our Thanksgiving big family meal for most of my life, and I think my record is 60-70ish, w/ the family record belonging to older sister who hit close to 90 one time

I could probably do more if I ignored all the fixin's and stuff we serve w/ them or just ate them totally plain or something

Horseradish or Tabasco?

love to down a bunch of steamed Apalachicola oysters when down at the beach (best not to eat those raw imo).

but I do love raw oysters. when wife used to work at a boarding school in Tappahannock, VA we'd drive down to the mouth the Rappahannock River to where Rappahannock Oyster Co operated a little seafood shack right near their oyster beds. It was basically a combo raw bar and then a dude with a grill and a little outdoor kitchen cooking up amazing seafood dishes.

lets see:

Folwell gained a reputation for social conservatism,[5] and in the state House was a vocal proponent of the legislation that in 2002 placed Amendment 1, a state constitutional amendment to ban same-sex marriage and civil unions, on the state ballot.[5][9][11][12]

Folwell also sponsored a bill that fundamentally altered the state's worker's compensation laws.[9][13] The legislation, favored by business groups,[9] was a bipartisan effort that involved a cap on some benefits and an extension on others

Also in 2011, Folwell backed a Republican budget plan that would cut $400 million from Governor Perdue's budget proposal for K-12 education (which already recommended a $350 million cut), dismantle a significant portion of the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources, raise certain fees (on driver education courses, GED courts, and ferry tolls), and discontinue the extra penny on state sales tax.[16]

He was highly rated by the business advocacy group North Carolina Free Enterprise Foundation[18] and the right-wing group Civitas Action, which rated him the most conservative member of the House

Isn’t he trying to run for the gov primary against that fat hypocrite fake Christian mark robinson who jh totally loves?

Checks out. He's also running for governor.

Well if he’s gonna try and outflank mark robinson from the right it’s gonna get racial fast. Total race to the bottom in that one.

Yeah, close to a hundred oysters steamed. If I have wine to drink and collected them mahself.

are they still called the Special Olympics?
Absolutely. Our student body goes out and lines the track and then all the competing athletes from the county take a lap and our student body goes batshit and screams and claps for like 20 minutes and it's one of the highlights of the year.
