WFH is generally a t-shirt with or without hoodie and either jeans, regular shorts, or mesh shorts, depending on if I have to run errands or do something later. but I wear a t-shirt to the office a lot anyway.
For those of you who work from home. Do you get dressed fully as if you were going to an office ? Shirt only for Video calls potentially ?
I wear what I would wear to an office. Jeans or slacks and either a golf shirt or button down depending on the Florida weather.

going barefoot is a great way to strengthen the intrinsic muscles of the foot which helps with balance and reducing falls risk in the elderly population, so I'm glad you're implementing thatI WFH out of my garage so from May through October Im pretty much shirtless unless I have a meeting. Also I try to work barefoot to gain the anti-inflammatory benefits of grounding.
