When you have a QB who avgs 5.5 yards a completion and 1.8 yards a carry in Death Valley you got to keep riding with him. Lightning in a bottle like that only comes around once in a lifetime.
I don’t know about this year, but we absolutely would have been in the conversation over Cincinnati in 2021 if we had this defense.I’m convinced we would have been in the playoff with Hartman this year.
Not very profesional and you should get fired at most jobs.
This dude took alot of time to all caps some shit. It’s gonna be okay.LMAO. This is a SPORTS BOARD. Obviously, you want to pick a fight with everyone here. RELAX!!! Just RELAX! It's a SPORTS BOARD.
And if you are truly this anal, I am NOT seriously stating Lambert would or should say this. Again, RELAX. I'm a retired CFO. I understand "professional". I also understand posting on a SPORTS BOARD on a Saturday night with a team that keeps playing a horrible QB and wants to pretend it's rainbows and unicorns!
I mean you don't even have to bring the brinks truck. Just get a solid QB from a non p5 or fcs school. Shouldn't be that hard to upgrade from what we have. It's pay for play now. Time to pay for a QB.
ND did this.
what up @mods
Ah, I get your schtick now.Just easy to get you all mad as fuck.
Kern would destroy Elon but not sure he would have kept us in the game versus Clemson. The gameplan was around Griffis and we lost by 5.
Agreed. You know what's kind of frustrating?
I started watching that game expecting to lose by 21-28 points.
Instead we lost by 5.
And yet, somehow, I feel more frustrated than ever.
Nice.

What tools do you see?Mitch has a lot of tools. He just can't seem to make the reads...even when they're not difficult, aka "THEY'RE SENDING 8, JUST GIVE YOUR RECIEVERS A CHANCE."
For the first time in a long time I thought we actually gave him some safety valves. Most of what Claw and Ruggs do seems to be based around getting our WR's open/1 on 1 downfield. That involves having to keep a RB and/or a TE to block. We finally started flaring them out into the flats, but Mitch couldn't find them.
My biggest beef with Mitch is that he doesn't have the anticipation to see what "open" is at this level. It's not 3 yards of separation...you're not going to get that very often. I'm not even talking about throwing guys open. I'm saying he doesn't see when, say, Banks has a DB twisting his hips and his back about to be turned, so throwing him a jump ball that only our WR can see and the DB is flailing blindly at.
I definitely see 2 arms, 2 legs, 2 eyes, etc. All tools your typical good QB has. What tools do you see?
