Chat Thread: I worked out with a dumbell yesterday, I feel vigorous

I kinda hate that teams now have to blow out lesser competition to prove worth. It used to be considered disrespectful to opposing teams and coaches. Teams would go up by 25 and rest their starters for the rest of the game. Now we have to keep extending leads to 40 pts and really rub it into opponents that they suck.

Yeah I’ve posted pretty much this exact sentiment before.

Along similar lines, not making the absolute lowest seeds play in the First Four. They won their conference, they qualified. Save it for bubble teams, like us maybe.

The reporter, who covered Adams during the safety's time with the New York Jets before the Seahawks acquired him in a July 2020 trade, reposted a video on X (formerly Twitter) on Thursday night of Adams allowing the go-ahead touchdown pass in a 41-35 loss to the Dallas Cowboys. The accompanying comment from the reporter was "Yikes."

Adams responded on X by posting a picture of the reporter's wife along with the same comment: "Yikes."
