That was fun! Every starter was at least solid and Sallis was great. Boopie had some great moves in the first half that he didn’t convert into baskets or this would have been an even worse beating. Not a complaint against Boopie. He is awesome! Sometimes shots that you normally make just don’t fall. I will say that Efton’s post moves are…methodical. Definitely can’t toss it down to him for a post move with the shot clock under 5 seconds.

Funny to think about how badly some were sweating our recruiting this offseason. Instead of getting a star and some solid role players, we got two stars, a very solid big, two very promising freshmen, and Cam and Carr have developed into great players. This is a squad.

Yeah maybe my post missed the mark - I meant that going to him in the last few minutes repeatedly was smart because he needs the work. Reid is a difference maker for us, I think that's obvious to everyone, but we're also seeing his floor most likely since he's really played so few important minutes in his career so far. Plenty of room for improvement but you can see the foundation is there, practice only gets you so far.

I’d argue UNC last year was a better half, but damn, that was an unsatisfying second half.
