Official Music City Bowl thread

Worst called game I ever seen by Lobo- What can one say except Fire his ass

The effect of the cowbell? I mean, from what I hear on TV that sounds very intimidating

OK tell me about our red-shirt QB again.

Tanner opened up a QB controversy in this game. With a reasonable performance, he'd be the unquestioned starter next year. Now people are going to talk about Souza and even the incoming QB Cameron.

the potential Camp TD
At least 4, 3rd down "open" third down passes for a 1st missed.
Several other passed missed
This looked like Tanner of last year. I dogged Tanner all year last year, I didn't see his potential and he proved me wrong all year, but this game was a step back. I think he's going to be one of the best that have come through MSD, but tonight was not his night

what a blah game.....but looking forward to next year. Nice job by Pendergrass. Not very impressed with MSU but they deserved to win.

I know it is a little late, but can someone tell me about the MSU coaches batting gloves?

So will either Mullen or Grobe head to Penn State? Not Grobe after this one.

Last drive summed up our season

Thought something special might happen, but instead just a crap sandwich. Lobo sucked the confidence right out of him

Give me a break. He didn't even have that bad of a game. Not a great game, but not a horrific one either. 20 TDs and 6 INTs for the season, and now there is a QB controversy? No chance.

Post Game thoughts:

Tanner sucked. Especially in the second half...
O-Line didn't give him a lot of help.
Special teams gave up good field positions on a kicks.

We could have won this game, but we weren't prepared.

Good job MSST. Fuck you and your cowbells.

Defense did their job. Again. If it holds at 23, they will have held MSU to just under their season average (25.5).

Yet the offense and the worst o coordinator in college football outperformed the defense over the course of the season.

But good to see the defense make some strides tonight and it bodes well for next season.
