Chris Givens--Early Draft Ranking

I think he will run faster than that. WF guys have done a great job at being prepared for the combine the last few years (Abbate not withstanding). Stanley, AC, Chip, Phonz, and Ghee all had good to great combines and I expect Givens to follow that trend.

Expect Cyl Quarles to have great workout numbers. His issue is not physical ability, but game awareness/anticipation.
 
I think Givens could be in the mid to high 4.3s, hand time. But at the combine they do digital timing, which would lead me to expect a 4.4, 4.45 area, which would probably put him in the top 5 among receivers. If he does better than that, than he could move up a round (speed + scouts knowledge of his playmaking ability = randall cobb/maclin type)

Yep. He has the same problem Vaughn had. Great physical numbers but lack of evidence of coverage ability.

This is more the "eye test" than anything else, but Chyl just looks much smaller on the field. I should look up his size, but Chip looked like a beast out on the field. Chyl had a lot of tackles the past 2 years and seemed to be around the ball a lot, but he just looked skinny!

Could be just me, but I thought that during a lot of games..
 
He is smaller.
 
FWIW, someone posted on his twitter saying something along the lines of "congrats to chris givens for being ranked as one of the top 5 WRs in this years draft"....not sure of the what source this guy is looking at

Rotoworld mock draft looks ridiculous at first glance. There is zero chance the Texans take a CB with their 1st rounder.
