HOLY SHIT IT'S A SHARK

LOL

Do you think they realized that the shark ate a fish they had caught on the line?

Ringtone potential.

I knew sharks like that would come in the waterways feeding, but I really didnt want a mental image.

A few years back we were offshore fishing in the Keys and hooked either a tuna or a dolphin, which was then eaten by a 10-12' shark. We were in a few hundred feet of water and fought it for a good 4 hours before we got it to the surface. The thing was ginormous.

Best part is the dude actually tries telling her to reel it in... yeah that will work.

Yeah it's gotta be a bull shark. Something big snapped my fishing line last wknd in Sunset but it was more than likely a sand shark. I think the girl is trying to land a redfish although it could be a sea mullet. Good thing that dude screwed up netting the fish initially, otherwise there would be no shark video.

wow... i didn't know sharks came into the waterways really, although we've had dolphins come up to our boat several times right outside of our little canal at the beach. guess it makes sense that sharks might come out too. eeeesh, this totally changes how comfy i'm going to be just floating around in the sound from now on.

Kid I work with sent this around yesterday. Apparently the people in the video are his relatives.

Bull Shark was my guess too, which is less comforting because they are pretty aggressive.

I lost a BSB to a shark earlier this year while offshore on a reef. Damn thing took the BSB at the boat as we were about to put the boga grips on the BSB. Would have surely lost a hand in the matter......

The video was taken in Cherry Grove. Bull sharks can survive in the brackish water back in the marshes. This is not the ICW. If you want to swim in the marsh, good luck.

Can you make a bull shark?

Can you make a shoe smell?

Yeah it was a bull shark. I saw on the Discovery Channel recently that bull sharks are the most dangerous sharks in the world because they are (1) extremely aggressive, (2) able to swim in brackish waterways, and (3) commonly found in warmer, shallower waters.

Also, bull sharks mate in brackish waters at river mouths in late summer/early fall.
