1) I don't think you could see the guy's face on youtube. 2) he was passed out at some cheeseburger place by himself. 3) Donte Stallworth ran over a guy and killed him and got 30 days in jail.
2 years is a long time for a first offense.

This does seem rather harsh. I'd have to imagine the judge he was in front of is pretty tough, otherwise I dont know why he wouldnt have just pled open to the court. He cant really take it to trial given that he's on video. Clearly, the State didnt seem to be interested in showing him any mercy. The fact that he decided to take the two years instead of begging for mercy from the judge tells me he had no other options. In other words, it seems to me he had to plea because the prosecutor had him by the balls (rimshot).

You guys are forgetting that this is a New Orleans criminal court. New Orleans criminal court is fucked up to begin with, add a ARRR TEEE ARRR TARD ballrubbing pervert into the mix and you are going to get fucking skewered, which is what happened.
For the same reason you keep a low profile when in a foreign country, which NOLA basically is, you also do not publically and lewdly spit in the face of something that the local populace holds near and dear when you are visiting.
Hope this moron gets to ride the bull at Angola.

Based on what I recall from the video, apparently the judge decided a year's sentence for each inch of dick rubbed on the guy's head was a fitting sentence.

I dont think anyone is arguing his guilt. The sentence, on the other hand, is much too harsh for what occurred (in my humble opinion, of course).

2 years is jackshit nothing. Those who think it's too harsh should answer what kind of reaction they'd have if they were on the receiving end (involuntarily, I imagine) of this. The shithead is lucky he didn't get castrated. Enjoy the jail cell, pal.
