Well they do have the best coach in he last several years. He was awesome at Rhode Island and now he is in a league of his own.

now that we have betting on how many points rebounds and assists college players make during a game, wonder how many will be getting paid off to underperform. Just putting that out there as well. the times they are a changing.

Well i am all in with the camp that thinks this all sucks. We recruit kids who we will never see develop and we develop kids who vanish after a year or two. Perhaps a happy medium can be reached but I will not hold my breath with all the money floating around. Can see myself not caring in...

yep amateur athletics ain't amateur no more.

all about getting hot at the right time which has not been our thing. what would really suck if we ever did make a run and then half our team entered the portal. Either way rebuilding year after year just isn't fun for coaches or fans.

kind of like the good ole days when players had some loyalty to the school. But money talks and being able to change teams year after year is a joke. Perhaps a happy medium can be reached because the direction things are going in now really sucks.

Need a big physical athletic dude inside to give Efton and Carr some help and a point guard.

yep our guards were worn out last season. They all experienced a few very off games that hurt us. Not blaming them as they played their ass off just agreeing that we need a ball handler off the bench to give these guys a little more rest. Just need a couple pieces if the core comes back

agree, especially if he makes some improvement on decision making and can dish out a few more assists. seems to me he is skilled enough to bring a bit more to his game next year.

under the current environment, alot of transfers from alot of teams unfortunately make it difficult for freshmen. think you can always use a guy like Parker who can shoot and plays smart. Wish we could have seen some of these freshmen that are leaving. Kind of sucks.

He has an all conference name. so he has that going for him. Really could use a point guard and a big power forward with inside game. If we had a Tyree type player that would have made a big difference although I like all our guards, just don't have true point.

well in bball you have gonzaga, villanova, and many other smaller schools competing. Football has always been a different story where the big sold out stadiums, facilities, tv contracts rule. But Bball may follow suit if the fan base money dictates your starting five and players can change...

I am sure many coaches agree with him but you don't which is fine. I am with the camp that thinks a happy medium would be good. otherwise all of college will be just a minor league and if that is the case the big money schools will always take home the trophy.

He left college for the pros and then came back - that is just a job change, guess he did not like the pros or was better suited to coach college, does not mean he is a hypocrit. I am sure he got a big chunk of money to leave and comeback. That is what some coaches do over their careers...
