I was at the downtown ABC this afternoon and they had a ton of 114. Must have been a new shipment. They didn't really have anything else unique though. And the employees there have never been very helpful - I like the new store over on market much better.

Could also consider River Birch or The Sherwood. RB is a little more upscale, but still has a bar and tvs. Haven't been to The Sherwood, but heard decent things. It's cheap and casual.

Wolfies is closed btw. I think they may still sell their product at the small grocery store across from Camino, but the actual Wolfies store in 4th Street is no longer.

If there is a poster out there who was a part of the boards bourbon barrel purchase and (1) is interested in selling a bottle (or trade) and (2) is local to Winston-Salem, then feel free to shoot me a message.

BTAC hit NC in early October. By and large, it is already gone. It shipped from the warehouse in Raleigh to Western NC almost immediately, then hit the triangle and triad the past couple of weeks. I suppose some places may still be sitting on some bottles, but as you know they won't be...

I'm looking for happy hour suggestions for Friday afternoon/early evening, pre-Nats game. Drink deals more important than food specials, but both would be nice. Willing to bounce around - starting the day up at Omni Shoreham/Calvert Street and spending the afternoon slowly drinking our way...

Reserve a "cream puff" as soon as you sit down at your table. They only make like 30 of them a night, and they're usually reserved within the first hour. Them shits are delicious.
