Those things have been CONSISTENT POLICY for the party. Literally, what the fuck are you arguing?
No one on this board has said any such thing. Why do you invent lies?
Show me how Dems did this as policy...
Your Guardian article is lazy and full of shit. It is written poorly and ascribes the hyperbolized actions of a few to all which is total BS.
Read the Guardian article.
Each of these items have been prioritized by Democratic Congresspeople through various pieces of legislation.
Before you lecture me, I know these aren’t the explicit reasons behind the legislation, but as long as we’re all pragmatists then the consequences matter more than the intent (or something).
That's absolute and TOTAL crap.
Let's look at the most actions on oil, gas, renewables and pollution -the best bills have been passed by Dems. To say otherwise is either being totally ignorant of US history or willfully lying.
Show me the legislation by Dems that protects killer cops- Give the specific bill, the date and link of who voted for it.
ACA did protect some profits, but it also took away tons of money from insurance companies and hospitals. It has saved tons of lives and billions of dollars for the poor and lower-middle class. To say otherwise is again either out of ignorance or being willing to lie.
Nothing is perfect, but to say the Dems haven't been on the side of the people dramatically more than their opposition is to be ignorant of US history.
Is putting something in your platform the only way you effectuate policy? There are fucking millions of examples of Dems taking police union money, and covering up murders. *SCREAMS CHICAGO AT THE TOP OF MY LUNGS* Has Baltimore been run by republicans all this time?
Read the Guardian article.
RJ still thinks that legislation is the same thing as policy.
Show me a written policy for the DNC...you can't.
How about you show me how interests from these industries haven’t shaped major pieces of legislation in recent years. Also, Dems were all over that Blue Lives Matter bill. Your turn, RJ.
Strick already pointed out the Blue Lives Matter bill. How about the ACA? How about reversing the ban on taking fossil fuel money? We can go on and on and on.
