And yes DC, Monty is as unsufferable an announcer as he was a player. Easily my most hated golfer ever. Faldo and Seve pale by comparison. Speaking of Faldo, he's not that bad an announcer except for the fact he is the most smug human being on the planet.

Bubba Watson just stepped right in the middle of Ian Poulter's line on #3. Bubba had about a 6-foot birdie putt from above the hole after Poulter had lagged to about 3 feet to Bubba's left, beside the hole. After Watson made his birdie, he placed his foot squarely in Poulter's line next to the hole as he got his ball out of the cup. I couldn't believe it, because Poulter's marker was only about two feet from his foot.

Fortunately, Ian made the putt.

I think I took him in this thing last year, and he was bad for me. Though was more than solid in the later majors. I think his ball flight might be too low for Augusta.

The guy blowing for me is Scott. I replaced McIlroy with him when I saw the windy forecast. Scott has been $$ all year and never misses a cut, but he's in danger of it today. Kinda funny that my 2 best performers were my 150 long shots - Horschel and Hoffman.
 
Poulter and Bubba are having a battle over who can be the littlest bitch about the wind.

Poulter's caddie just basically interrupted him - told him to stop complaining, get over the ball and swing the club after he backed off a tee shot for the 3rd time whining. Hilarious.

So I kinda need one of Shrek or Webb to make a birdie and make the cut. Oosthuizen has certainly taken a nosedive today.
 
DeChambeau seems like such a tool, and I'm pretty sure I'm going to hate watching him on tour, but he's got a damn nice round going with a birdie on 11 and a great chance at birdie on 12.

I heard about DeChambeau last summer, dig the vibe, the club length singularity, the #SCIENCE, the quirky style... he's great!
