I've got to disagree there. I don't see any socialists ever voting for Trump. They may stay home, but they won't vote for him. That would be like Republicans voting for Bernie or AOC if she were old enough. Jesse Helms used to say that the Democrats could basically run a guy off the streets against him, and they'd get 45% of the vote right off the bat. He didn't care and won each time, but he had to fight tooth and nail to win every election, and his victories were nearly always in the 52-53% range. I don't see Trump getting even that. He may win, but if he does he'll either barely scrape a plurality in the popular vote, or he'll lose the popular vote and win the EC, as in 2016. He won't have the advantage of running against Hillary, who was the GOP's Wicked Witch for 25 years before the election, and Democrats won't be complacent this time.
