I love Santiago. Have been on three prior trips which is why we are skipping it this time except for the day before our flight back to hang with a law school buddy. We are definitely going to hit up Casablanca for wineries. I met one producer there a couple of months ago (I forget which one at the moment) and the owner of my local wine shop is from that area and is going to give a bunch of recs. Will check out Emiliana and Bodegas.
