First of all it's not an article it's an editorial which is something you seem to have a hard time differentiating between. The Clinton Global initiative started being disbanded about a year before the election. So this idea that contributions dried up after she lost the election is comical. Were some foreign parties contributing to try to gain access to the clintons? That's probably the case. Is there any evidence that this Foundation was used as some sort of slush fund front for the Clintons to enrich themselves? That's right wing fantasy reserved for the likes of Alex Jones and the New York Post.

Article is a general term and can refer to many different types of published pieces, including those with opinions.
